You have not mentioned the exam in your query without that it is not possible to give relevant answer.Please mention the exam about which you are asking.If it is about NEET, you can only change if you are notified by NTA to change the signature photo which you uploaded.It will be sent to your registered email ID.If you have received the mail but you have not changed anything, you cannot make changes now and your application will be rejected.If you haven't received any mail then your application is accepted.
