I was paid turion fee1.22L for TSEAMCET 2019 through credit card.how I get refund (7000)/-) What is the process, where should I go ?

Hi narendar, I think you will pay fee to the college that you got seat in.If you got seat in any other college through any other TSEAMCET counselling and you want to join there then you will surely get refunde this is policy.What is the 7000 refund are you asking about I didn't understand.
