No, you are not eligible for neet 2024 .

This is because,

To be eligible for Neet 2024 you need to be at least 17 years old as on 31st December 2024 but with your date of birth you fail to fulfill this criteria as you will be 17 years old in 2025 i. e on 29th August 2025 .

You will become eligible in 2025 i. e for NEET 2025 and onwards .

Also,

To be eligible for neet  one must be either appearing for  12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination  if belongs to general category , or   at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category.
