I was trying to make payment of my counselling fees of rs 40000 but i was not able to make payment due to the technical issues in website.

Dear aspirant, 

If there is a lot of activity on the sites or lot of operations going on the sites then servers may get down for some time. So you can try after some time and also don't forget to check your internet connection.

But the date of fees payment was gone as per the ipu schedule.
