Wearing spectacles must not create much problem. If you have less power then it will be manageable. Visual standard in railway are:-

1. Distance vision: 6/9, 6/9 without eyeglasses. 6/12 and 6/18 with or without glasses.
2. Near Vision:Sn: 0.6, 0.6 without eyeglasses and must pass test for Colour, Binocular, Night Vision &  Field of Vision.
