There are really good colleges in Mumbai for B. Pharma. As you have mentioned you'll be appearing for MH-CET then your score must be 98-99+ percentile to get a good college. Here I will list the name and cutoff of the colleges -

2.Bombay college of Pharmacy, Mumbai (99.64%tile)
3.prin. K.M kundnani College of Pharmacy, Mumbai(99.12% tile)
4.SVKM's Dr.Bhanuben Nanavati college of pharmacy, Mumbai(98.56%tile)
5.Viva Institute of pharmacy, Virar(E) (98.16)
6.Bharati Vidhyapeeth college of pharmacy, Belapur, Mumbai. (97.97%tile)
7.Oriental College of Pharmacy, navi Mumbai(96.28%tile)
The cutoff I've mentioned might change slightly this year but it doesn't change with much margin.
