Computer Science Engineering is a core branch of Engineering which in today's date having the highest cutt off. If you are having a score of 60/200 in MHCET, it is very difficult to get colleges which accept such score as the cut off of their B.Tech. C.S. course. Still I would would suggest you to apply for counselling and admission procedure and wait till you get a college.
