Yes you can get the seat as the exam was difficult
It varies from year to year. It depends on what is your percentile that year. One who gets aims seat do not generally leave it. So if your rank is within 500 you may get admissions in any one of the aiims. Delhi aiims closes at rank 100 including all reservations
