See the rank u are expecting is bit low for getting admissioned in many good colleges. The college u are asking for is having a cut off rank very high as compared to ur rank and is about 5000 for OC GIRL.

So u might not get admissioned there as u are having a down rank than the required one. In my point of view h must be opting for other colleges which accept ur rank or u shourld be opting for another chance if u have that guts to give another try by more effort.
