Well, brother firstly congratulations for your decent perfomance in JEE mains.

Wih this rank and your category you can get a lower rank NIT with branch of your choice.

But I would not recomend you to prefer these NIT's

1. Poor infrasturcture

2. Poor qulaity of faculty and that too a temperory faculty.

3. Poor Alumni base

For regarding EC - I would recommend you to 

IIIT Trichy

IIIT Guhawati

Regarding Civil, all colleges except few like IIT Roorkee, all are same. They provide zero academic knowledge and training in this field. So, here college does't matter.
