As per JIPMER MBBS 2018 cutoff, candidates will be required to score a minimum of 50th percentile (40thpercentile for SC/ST/OBC and 45thpercentile for General-PH category) to qualify JIPMER MBBS entrance exam.
Yes if you score 700 in JIPMER then you can get admission into JIPMER.
