After completing 10+2,candidate has to complete and get a Bachelor's degree/undergraduate program  after that he can go for an intern in a hotel. Following are the undergraduate programs to persue after 10+2 (any of them)

1. Associate Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Catering Technology.
2. Diploma in Food and Beverage Science.
3. Diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
4. Bachelors in Culinary Arts (or Bachelors in Catering and Culinary Arts)
5. Bachelors in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
