First of all , greetings for your decision. AIIMS is the top medical University of India. And it's a dream college of most of the medical students. Here, you need to understand the points that make one to get into their college.
Regularlity, sincerity and a spirit to never give up is the key to crack any exams apart from studies. Here, you asked that is it possible to crack AIIMS in one year, so answer is both yes and no. Because it totally depends on. If you want to crack it from your soul, you will be able to crack it in even 6 months and if not, then you time is just passing sand.
Here, to make you believe , I want to give you an example of UPSC topper 2017  Annu Kumari , AIR rank 2. UPSC is also an india's most toughest exam like AIIMS. She cracked it in just one year in her first attempt even after not being in touch with studies for 9 years. Here, your case is not much complicated like her. So you can easily do it by following a consistent and right strategies.
Here are some tips you may follow:
1) Practice Assertion reason questions as it contains of 20-30% of the paper.
2) For biology: stick to NCERT, try to frame questions from each line as they are directly asked in exam. Do practice MCQs.
3) For physics: solve Previous years question paper of both AIIMS and engineering exams like JEE. Question level of physics is high as compared to other medical exams. And focus on blue boxes and word to ponder in NCERT  as they are directly asked as assertion reason questions.
3) for chemistry: practice previous year questions of JEE exam and for inorganic, stick to NCERT.
Be calm and happy, take small refreshments breaks during study to have consistent study and to avoid de-motivation.
