It's very un-fortunate that you didn't qualify for the aiims counselling. The AIIMS give only one counselling list and then on the basis of this list there are 6 counselling rounds in which the students whose cleared the counselling are filtered. If your enrollment number is not present in the ist that means you didn't qualify for the AIIMS. Please don't loose hope you can do much better. If you have cleared neet then you can try out some government colleges and some private colleges. Or you can drop one year if you want to try one more time.
