The aiims 2019  results are declared today.  Aiims have given a merit list of top 5000 students that have qualified the aiims. 

You can check that list on its official site. If you would not get your name in that merit list then wait for 5-10 days individual result will also be released on the official site then you would be able to see your rank in aiims mbbs result.
