Eligibility Criteria for NIOS are :- A Candidate who has passed class 8th and must have a valid proof of attaining 14 years of age , can apply for registration to the secondary course.

Admission Procedure :-

register themselves One-line directly

may visit their nearest AI (study center)/Facilitation Centre and take their help for On-line registration.

may visit their Regional Centre for on line.

Fill the application form

Then submit after completing the details .

Document required for registration are :- Aadhar card  , Passport or another identification card.

For proof of date of Birth , obtain a birth certificate

Water bill / Electricity bill

Signature Authentication ( Prefer black ink )

Color passport picture was taken recently

Student seeking NIOS 10th or secondary program should submit there class 8th marks sheet.

PWD candidates must have secondary certificate .

National Institute of Open Schooling had opened the NIOS 10th, 12th admission 2022 window for October exams. The last date for NIOS 10th and 12th admission 2022 was January 31, 2022, without any late fee. However, with late fee charges, the last date for NIOS admission 2022 is March 15, 2022. The exam is expected to happen in October/ November.

To know how to apply, you can follow the following steps:

• Visit the official site of NIOS on sdmis.nios.ac.in.
• Go to the Exams and Results link available on the top bar of the page.
• A new drop-down box will open where candidates will have to select examination and then pay exam fees link.
• Enter your enrollment number and click on submit.
• Fill in the application form and make the payment of exam fees.
• Once done click on submit.
• Your application has been submitted.
