The requirements for the JET exam are as follows: 

1. Candidates should have a graduate degree such as B.Sc., B.com., B.A., B.E., BBA, BMS, BCA, DCA, D.Ed., B.tech. from a central, state or discipline university.

2. Age of the candidates should be between from 21 to 37 years.

* for the reserved category age limit should 40 years.
