Hello.
Yes , it will definitely create problem during your result, if it is either center code or school code then it may create problem, because the starting introduction sheet of the board answer sheet is checked by computer and chances of rejection are more but you have one option if it create problem during your result then you attendence at your exam centre will help you to recover your result of that subject but for that you will have to go to the main office of board in Delhi.
