i am afraid that you cannot change the provisional certificate details in neet pg.

only the candidates who have already registered will be able to edit NEET PG 2021 application and make certain corrections during this time period. As per the notification, these candidates can change the category and EWS status through the edit window. Other details can't be edited in the application form in the revised dates related to NEET PG application form 2021.
