You Have Given EAMCET this year Then,Of course there is No Any problem At All,You Can give EAMCET Next Year Also,As there is Only Criteria To give EAMCET is You Should Have Passed Intermediate/12th Board From  Andhra pradesh or Equivalent or should have Any diploma Degree Recognized From Andhra Pradesh Education Board.
