Well first of all I would wish that you would be able to crack NEET with flying colors and if you will put right amount of hard work in right direction then you can surely crack NEET. But if somehow you won't be successful in cracking Neet then the next option for you would be biotechnology and I would surely recommend you biotechnology course qs in coming future it has a lot of scope.
