Hello,

The very basic qualification for Cruise jobs is a diploma from a catering college and 1-2 years experience in the hotel industry, maybe 4star or 5-star hotels. Most cruise line jobs are for those below 30 years of age. You also need to be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively. 

MBA in Hospitality, either through regular or Correspondence will not affect anything substantially unless you have good years of experience in the field.
