No, you do not have to provide GAP certificate at the time of EAMCET counselling. You need to provide the gap certificate if you are applying for fee reimbursement. After applying for fee reimbursement you need to submit the requisite documents in the college you are studying. You have to enclose the gap certificate with those requisite documents and submit.
