i can feel your problem cause someday i gone through the same problem but now i am doing mechanical engineering.

let me give you a suggestion and idea which personally i follow i.e to maintain consistency and try hard to study try to understand concept as much as you can.

remember that the math physics and chemistry are the basic of automobile engineering you have to know that how the things are working because if you know this you can work in future easily.

if you face trouble than you should make a schedule for proper study. try to study in a room alone, take coaching classes get a motivation towards study and work hard and maintain .
