With 95.8 Percentile in JEE Main, you may end with an Approx CRL anywhere between 44-47k, and a corresponding EWS Rank anywhere around 11k. With this Rank, you have bleak chances in securing a seat at some of the NITs. Though you may have chances in your Home State NIT or some of the GFTIs, but I would advise you to improve your performance to anywhere near 97-98 Percentile in JEE Main for excellent counselling prospects.
