There are number of Private engineering colleges in India and different colleges have different fee and scholarship criteria. So if you are Gen PwD student then you can avail some relaxation in fees if applicable through college. As you have not mentioned the name of college so it is little bit difficult to guide you with an accurate information.

However you can contact to the college regarding fee related queries.

I would also recommend you to go for some other scholarship scheme which can be advantageous for you like "Saksham scholarship is provide" by AICTE to those specially abled candidates who are going to enroll in any of the AICTE approved engineering institution.
