hello dear,in btech u will be learning technical and non-technical courses such as cse,ece,me,ce etc and gamings and web desingning is not a part of btech courses.

so make it up clear.

Dear student if You are interested in electronic you should opt for EC because you can learn game development programme and Web development there are many online platform you can learn it from but for electronic you need a proper degree

As. You have interested in designing games and also in web development its better for you to take the computer science engineering course as you will be subjected to differrnt languages like c, cpp, java, python, php, sql, dbse...etc

I am sure that if you really wants to take up your career as designer or developer, cse is the best course in b.tech to gain such skills as you are also interested in electronics. You can gain the knowledge by doing internships belongs to electronics
