Your question is incomplete, you haven't mentioned the name of application form of which you are not receiving OTP after registration, so I would give you a general suggestion regarding receiving OTP, usually OTP takes time in receiving, so wait for 3-4 mins, also check your mobile network as there can be some issue with your network, also check your registered mobile number and email id in your application form.
