To avail PWD quota, one should have a minimum disability of 40% or more. All qualified physically handicapped (PH) candidates are advised to get themselves examined at one of the Disability Assessment Boards. The nearest centres to you would be Madras Medical College, AIIMS Nagpur, Government Medical College Kerala. Blindness and low vision come under visual disability so you can get a PWD certificate regarding the same and avail the quota.
