Hey!

As per the counselling rules of TNEA 2020, if a candidate has been allotted a seat and candidate wants to upgrade his or her seat then he or she can participate in the next round of counselling. And if the candidate has reported to the college and wants to withdraw his or her seat, then he can apply for refund or withdraw. Kindly note, it depends on the refund policy of college that it returns the amount after  a certain deduction. to know more, visit here :
