You can get the obc certificate.

You need to Visit near tahsil office or District collector office to collect form for OBC certificate. Fill up all the details required in the form and attach the documents i.e., Income certificate , Declaration for cast and domicile, photographs etc., Submit the filled up form with bunch of documents,After completion of the process within 10 days you will receive the OBC certificate valid for 3 years.
