Yes in 2 months you will get the good marks if you follow now  first of all please study clearly NCERT books and later on watch the NPTL videos those topics which are hard to learn according to your point of view and later on refer some of the reference books for more information for physics H C Verma and chemistry O P Tandon
After this you refer the previous year question papers of physics and chemistry you refer it
And follow the proper time table and don't waste single minute in these days
