SBI PO is the best. It has more image. Everything is better in SBI when compared to other banks.

IBPS PO and SBI PO, both are an officer level jobs. SBI is State Bank of India and IBPS is Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. Here, IBPS conducts exam for the post of Probationary Officer for every bank excluding SBI and SBI conducts it's own exam for recruiting PO's.

Here, you have to choose which one is best suited for you, SBI is a larger bank and there will be more strictness and pressure while other banks will have less pressure. The starting salary of a SBI PO is INR 5,000 more than that of other banks.

In my opinion, IBPS PO will be best suited for you.

Actually IBPS PO and SBI PO both are same provisional officer level job in bank. In SBI PO you only can get SBI Bank. But in IBPS you can get different kind of banks. In the talk of toughness, SBI PO is tougher than IBPS PO. The salary is almost same. And the allowances are also same.

But you should know that smaller the bank, less work pressure in your mind. So it is easy to say that in SBI PO you will have more work pressure then other banks.

Now it is completely your choice. But I can prepare you you should go for IBPS PO.
