In Tamilandu, there are 7 Government Constituent Colleges of TNAU offerring BSc Agriculture Course with a total intake capacity of 600 seats. Out of this total 600 seats, 90 seats are reserved for ICAR students, 70 for NRI and 70 for Industry sponsorships, 8 seats for Andaman and Nicobar islands, 2 seats for students from J&K and the rest 360 seats are filled through merit based on the online applications received by TNAU.
