I haven't done any professional course and that's the reson of looking for apprenticeship.

When you ever want to get accepted for an internship you need to do the following steps (easy)

1. Go to restaurants social media pages, websites and read briefly about the cuisine they specialize in
2. Analyse if it’s good for you or not and even if not sure, you can’t still apply and see it for yourself (internship means learning)
3. Go to the “Careers” link on the restaurant’s website and find the contact email
4. Be prepared with a cover letter and CV and mail it
5. Wait or keep applying at more restaurants.
