See,the eligibility criteria for pursing law is that a candidates should done graduation graduate with at least 45% marks. IETE is equivalent degree to B.Tech degree course in engineering.It is equivalent to electronics and telecommunication engineering graduate level approved by Ministry of HRD and government of India. And hence you qre eligible to pursue the course.
