Hello

First of all neet examination is mandatory to be qualified for courses like bvsc . So , no seat in bvsc is alloted on the basis of marks obtained in class 12th examination irrespective of how high you have scored in your class 12th board examination

All the seats in bvsc is alloted on the basis of marks or rank obtained by you in your neet examination only .

It is just that :-

15 % seats in your bvsc will be filled through all India counselling, but still it will be on the basis of marks or rank in obtained in neet

And the rest seats in your bvsc will be filled through your 85 % state quota counselling, it is also on the basis of marks or rank obtained by students in neet examination
