As per your query  I would glad to tell you that forms are released every year for the entrance test for the same year and for next year you have to fill the form as it is quite fair for all students  and at the time of counselling you need to have passed 12th certificate in original , so if you have filled this year entrance form then you have to appear for the entrance this only year only, thats how protocol follows
