Hello,

It is a simple thing. If in any round of counselling you have opted for the alloted college then your money won't be refunded as it means that you have participated in the counselling process and got a college option and the work of counselling is over.

If you didn't get any option or you rejected all the colleges alloted to you at ever stage of counselling and at last you have left with on college option and you can't take admission then the money will be refunded.

If you go with above case then you won't get the money. if you go with below case then you will get the money refunded.
