Now Coming to your query, Dera if you forgot to submit an NCC certificate for Document verification in round 1 then you can visit the help desk and get your certificate verified before further rounds begin so that this reservation is applied for further rounds. If Counseling was completed then sorry now it is not possible because if it about fee reimbursement then it's ok at least you could get it later but NCC certificate is about reservation once counseling gets completed all the seats are allotted. So visit helpdesk and get your work at least before the final round.
