if a person is from general but fills ews in the jee form then what will happen to him

Hello Aspirant,

If you have filled it as EWS category , then during verification time they will ask for the documents and if you fail to produce the certificate , then you will be considered under general category. Do not worry your candidature will not be cancelled.Although  check once again and see if you fall under EWS as it can be beneficial when it comes to admissions.I would suggest you to thoroughly read the JEE application guidelines form their official website once for you to have a clarity.
