No. The prerequisite to participate in AP EAMCET counselling is to qualify in EAMCET and score atleast the cut off marks. But if any Candidate had not qualified or has been disqualified for any reason whatsoever, such Candidate cannot participate in the Counselling process. This rule applies to all Counselling processes irrespective of the exam.
