Hello,
To get admitted to any of the institute, it is compulsory that the candidate qualifies all the eligibility criteria. So even if JEE Advanced is cleared with high marks, without minimum eligibility that they ask for Class 12 you cannot get admission. You should satisfy each and every eligibility condition.
