Akshay, to be eligible for BITSAT, you should have:

Completed your 12th from a recognised Central or State Board
Passed your 12th with a minimum aggregate of 75% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
Scored 60% individually in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Now with 70% in your 12th, unfortunately you are not eligible for BITSAT.

hello

The minimum criteria is to secure minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects

and also secure a minimum of 60% in each of the above subjects.
