Hi Rabindra,
If such kind of case will happen, then you will be treated as general candidate & the counselling will be done according to your general rank. Because in the document verification time, each & everything will be checked. Then if you get seat allotted in category, but if not able to show your certificate in verification time you will be disqualified.
So, keep that in your mind.
