If your adhaar adress is wrong or no longer your address tgen first get your adhaar card rectified from your nearest camp. Basically banks in your area are assigned with adhaar rectification task.

However, if your address printed in adhaar is correct and you want it to be official then you can enter that in various official forms , etc.

Your adhaar is also your address proof, so be careful about that.

Actually we have not mention in who is examination or in which form you are going to put that. But basically your Aadhar card should have your permanent address, this is not my advice is that you can change that. Where you putting the form, if there are any option to come any kinds of courier then you should put your present address otherwise you should put your Aadhar card address.
