BCECE Cutoff varies college and category-wise.
A comparative relaxation is provided to candidates from backward communities.
Various factors that help decide the cutoff for BCECE include- the number of seats available in each program, number of candidates applied etc.
BCECE 2019 Cut off Marks are applicable to various branches of Engineering/Technology, Pharmacy, Agriculture and Medical streams in Govt., Semi Govt. and privately funded institutions of Bihar.
If you are getting 500 EBC rank than yes you can apply for these colleges but it solely depends on merit marks of other candidates as well if they are less than you have better chance.
