Hello dear ,

A normal platelet count range is 140 to 400 K/uL. Sometimes, your CBC may show that your counts or values are too low. For example, you might not have enough white blood cells, or your platelet count could be lower than normal. When this happens, it can cause health problems. The most common symptoms seen in COVID-19 patients are fever, cold , cough ...etc . reduced lymphocyte count and platelet count but normal white blood cell count. The blood system consists of red cells, white cells, and platelets . White cells act as a defence to prevent outside attacks from organisms, and a defect here, impairs immunity. Platelets are needed to arrest bleeding, and a low platelet count can cause excessive bleeding.
