As per my knowledge, a rigid body can experience three types of motion:

1. Translational motion: When the particles of the body move in same direction.
2. Rotational motion: When the particles of the body describe a circular path
3. Plane motion: When all particles of the body move in parallel planes.

Therefore, circular( rotational) motion is the correct answer.

Also, the body remains at rest. So, considering it as a morion, it is also correct.
