Nischay, this depends on whether the Candidate has been allotted a seat in the first round. Let's say if the Candidate has been allotted a seat in the First round, you can give willingness to opt for participation 2nd round and free exit. Free Exit is when you want to resign from a seat without being penalised. In such case, even if you have opted for 2nd round and do not get a seat, your seat from the first round will stand cancelled. Now lets's say you gave your willingness to participate in the 2nd round, you fill the options afresh and lock the choices again. This means you will lose the seat in 1st round as well.
